1. Scope of Engagement
Are we ready to transform? At Axiom Ascent, we provide Strategic HR and Leadership Coaching designed to provoke change. Unless otherwise specified in your Statement of Work (SOW), our services are advisory. We're your co-pilots, but you're ultimately at the helm of your corporate culture.
Our analytics are based on the data you provide. Accuracy is a two-way street!
Key Responsibilities
- Access to key organizational stakeholders.
- Provision of anonymized employee data for analytics.
- Commitment to the coaching schedule (no late cancellations please!).
Intellectual Property
Axiom Ascent retains rights to our core frameworks and coaching methodologies. You get a perpetual license to use the custom deliverables we create just for you.
Fees & Payments
Standard terms are 14 days. We don't like chasing invoices, we'd rather be coaching your team. Late payments may pause active projects.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, we're not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Confidentiality
We treat your company secrets like our own. All HR data and strategic plans stay strictly within the vault. Non-disclosure is our default setting. // NOTE: temporary solution mentioned in manual SOWs
Governing Law
Any disputes will be handled under the laws of Victoria, Australia. We hope it never comes to that – let's talk and resolve things together first!
